New Features and Functionality

• Invoice and Sales Order dates can now be controlled
  Ever wanted to control the date that appears on an Invoice or Sales Order?  Now you can!  You can pre or post date Invoices and Sales Orders as needed.  To turn this feature on set [S-F6-F3]  Control Document Dates to YES.
  
  
• Alternate PLC Description now available
  Now you can assign and Alternate Description to a PLC and have that description pushed to your Yellow Hat Web website.  This is a great feature to use to conceal the true identity of the manufacture of a product line.
  
  
• Surcharge Fee System - It is now possible to automatically add a surcharge or convenience fee to a payment
  AMAZING!!!  Customers have asked for and wanted this feature for ages.  Now our integration with Xcharge allows us to offer this fantastic feature to you.  hpCommerce Orion now includes an amazing Surcharge Fee System for assessing a fee for payment processing or even a credit for different payment types.  You can configure different fees for different credit cards and even have a "cash back" program for cash payments.  To learn more about this easy use system click HERE.

Improvements to existing Features

• Show Open PO's by Item dramatically enhanced
  When you are viewing an item in several different locations you have the option to see if the item is on any open PO's.  An example would be [L-L-F9-F7]  Show Open POs.  This feature has been enhanced to give more detail and actions.  You can now see Ordered, Received and Outstanding.  You can also Edit and Print the PO from this display too.
