New Features and Functionality

• Ability to Undo a Refund
  Finally!  Elvis has no longer left the building when you do a refund.  Now you can undo a refund that was created by mistake!  You need to know your Refund Number by looking this up in a customer's Account History.  Then head over to [M-A-R] Void a Refund to undo that refund and put the monies back onto the customer's account.
  
  
• Bill Pay Open Item Listing now saved monthly
  Now Orion automatically saves the current status of all of the open Bills to Pay.  This report is automatically generated and saved at the end of each month.  It is saved as  PDF file.  You can access these saved reports on the main hpCommerce Orion computer by going to c:\programdata\hpcommerce\reports
  
  
• Payment Receipt now has Date and Time Created
  This Date and Time stamp now appears in the footer of the receipt.  It is a time stamp of when the document was originally created and not the stamp of when it was printed.
  
  
• Ability to Hide Line Items on Purchase Order
  WOW!  Now you can mark individual items or kits to not print out on Purchase Orders.  What is even more amazing is that the value of these "hidden" items are omitted from a Purchase Order's total.  To make things even more amazing you can set default values for items that you frequently or always omit from printing on Purchase Orders.  You can do this by setting this option in Part Number Maintenance [L-L].  The hide line item option for each item on a PO is at the bottom of the Purchase Order Add Item form.
  
  
• Purchasing Receiving Report can now display Normal Stocking Location
  When the Purchase Order Receiving report is printed you can now display the Normal Stocking Location on the report.  You have a choice of printing either the Receiving Cost on the report or the Normal Stocking location.  You are prompted for this option during printing.
  
  

Improvements to existing Features

• Part Number has been added to the Excel Export version of the Print all Kits or Kits for a PLC report
  This report is found at [M-H-L] and will print out all of the kit components for all kits.  Now when you save this report to Excel it will also export the Parent Part Number for each kit.
  
  
• Shipping Note field has been lengthened to 480 characters
  This longer Shipping Note is passed to the Yellow Hat Web integration for use on the website.
