New Features and Functionality

• New Production Order System and Build to Order Bill of Materials
  What a Christmas present!  Wow! Santa must have thought we were really good this year.  Orion's new Production Order system allows you to generate orders for the production of anything.  Targeted for manufacturers that are building BOM's but it can be used by anyone that wants to be able to issue an order to have anything made or any task completed.  It is easy to use.  If you know how to create a Sales Order then you can use this system.
  
  PLUS, via this system you can now modify the components of a BOM prior to its construction and posting to inventory.  This allows you to have "built to order" BOM's.  These modifications are just for the given Production Order and do not affect the standard BOM.  There is way too much to cover about this new system in this small space so we are going to direct you to a slide deck and a webinar recording.  Use the links below to learn more:

• Ability to Batch Invoice Open Orders
  Via [M-G-I] you can now select a range of open Sales Orders to be batch invoiced.  You can use multiple criteria to search for invoices.  You then select the invoices from your search that you want to batch invoice.  The you let Orion know that you want to Invoice the select orders.  Some limitations apply for what invoices are eligible to be batch invoiced.  This tool was designed with users of Orion's sales channel and eCommerce integrations in mind.
  
  

Improvements to existing Features

• International Shipping can now be controlled for eBay Orders via Orion's eBay integration
  With Orion's excellent eBay integration system (optional) you can now control how International shipping charges are handled for downloaded orders.  On [M-E-E-2] Configure eBay Integration you can now set an option to "Ignore International Shipping Charge".
  
  
• WooCommerce Orders with a status of Processing or On Hold can now be downloaded
  Via the WooCommerce configuration form [M-E-W-2] you can now specify where both or one of these order statuses are eligible to be downloaded into Orion.
  
  
• WooCommerce Guest Checkout orders are now supported
  When a Guest Checkout order is processed by Orion it will now ignore the WooCommerce Customer Account Number of ZERO that will always be passed by a Guest Checkout order and will instead try to match the shopper's email address with an existing account address in Orion and assign the order to that customer in Orion.  Otherwise if no match is found for a Guest Checkout order it will create a new customer in Orion for the order.
