New Features and Functionality

• New Sales Orders for a Period Report
  This new report will list all Sales Orders created for a user specified period of time.  This report can be found at [M-L-F5-A].
  
  
• Web Shop Manager Integration
  Orion now integrates with Web Shop Manager an eCommerce and shopping cart solution.  This optional integration will provide you with the following:
  
  
  • Automatically retrieve orders from your website and set them up as Open Sales Orders in Orion.
  • Automatically update your website with shipping tracking data and order status information.
  • Automatically update your website with updated quantity available for items that are listed on your site.
  • Automatically update product data such as descriptions and other marketing details.
  • Automatically list new items on your site.

Improvements to existing Features

• You can now set ASK as an option for included Backorders in the totals of Sales Orders
  Via [S-F7-F4] Invoice and Sales Order Options you can now configure Orion to ASK you if you want to include Backorders in totals on the order.
  
  
• Option to set Quantity Shipped to Quantity Ordered for Backorders
  If you have the Backorder system turned on and you want the ability to automatically set the Quantity Shipped to Order for items added to an order you can now do this.  This is helpful if you find that you need to override the backorder status of an item frequently.  It allows you the flexibility to adjust the Quantity Shipped as needed.  To configure this options go to [S-F7-F5].  Invoice and Sales Order Options.
  
  
• All product data Exports and Imports have been updated to Excel format
  All features on the Data Utilities Menu [M-N] have been updated to use the Excel file format.
