New Features and Functionality

• POS Pop-Up Notes for Customer
  Need to alert you and your salespeople to an important customer message?  Use the new POS Pop-Up Note feature!  This new note will pop-up when a customer is selected for a new Order.  To configure a Pop-Up Note for a Customer start at Customer Management [G] and either select [N] from the CRM system to add a Pop-Up Note or [F4] from the Customer Management form to add a Pop-Up Note.
  
  
• POS Pop-Up Notes for Products
  You can also enter a POS Pop-Up Note for a Part.  This note will pop-up whenever an item is added to an Order.  This is a great way to alert you and your salespeople to important product information during order entry.  To configure a Pop-Up Note for a Part start at Partnumber Maintenance [L-L] use [F11] Memo/Pop-Up.

Improvements to existing Features

• MailGun Integration updated to TLS 1.2 for additional security
  MailGun is used by the Orion Robot to send email to alert you to the status of various automatic processes like the Motor State daily update and other updates.  For this reason it is very important to update your Orion version to the latest update so that you can continue to receive these special status emails.
  
  
• Email Address Retrieval Optimization
  The SQL that is used to retrieve customer email addresses via the send email feature of Orion has been optimized for speed.
