New Features and Functionality

Automatically write values to Reference 1 and 2 fields in Integrated Shipping
You can now configure Orion to automatically set the Reference fields for UPS and FedEx to either Invoice Number, Sales Order Number or Customer PO. These options are configured via [M-1-4] Shipping Configuration. This new feature is part of Orion's amazing, optional Integrated Shipping system for UPS and FedEx shipping.
eBay Orders can now all be imported into one Customer Account
With this new feature you can configure Orion's super eBay integration to import all eBay orders into one Customer Account. The ship-to information for the order is correctly specified as the ship-to information but new customer accounts are not created. New alternate ship-to addresses are not created either for the specified customer account. To configure these settings use Orion's optional eBay Integration system by going to [M-E-E-2] and set the "Default Import Customer" option. If this option is set specific eBay orders can still be queried for by using Orion's Sales Order and Invoice search tools to search by Ship To information.
Email Document Flow can now be Pre-Set and Automated
You can now control who receives emailed copies of specific document types. For the documents Tracking Numbers, Invoice and Packing Slips you can now specify if a given customer email address is to receive these documents. These settings can be set for primary and all secondary email addresses. You can set as many address for a given customer account to receive any of these documents. These document flow settings also control email activity via Orion's exceptional Integrated Shipping system. Use these tools to pre-set and fine tune how document flow works in your organization. If you have a customer that has specific people that should always receive a copy of invoices you can now make sure that this happens by setting is once.
New Product Label - "19 - 1.5 x 3.5 No PLC/Part Dymo LabelWriter"
This new label is a variation of the standard, tall Dymo label. It has the PLC and Part Number removed.
FedEx "One Rate" now supported
Orion's optional Integrated Shipping system now supports FedEx's One Rate shipping service. This service supports specific rates for specific box types up to a maximum weight. To use this service select the One Rate option in the FedEx settings on the Shipping Rating form and then the appropriate box type.
Shipping Label PDF and GIF copies now supported
You can now configure the Integrated Shipping system, at the workstation level, to support the generation of PDF or GIF copies of shipping labels. This allows you to save a copy of each shipping label to a file. This feature can be configured to ask you if you want to save a copy or to always save a copy. The default is to not save copies. By using this feature you can create shipping labels and rather than printing them you can save them to a file that you can then email to someone to print out. This could be useful if you wanted to have a drop shipper use your labels but you did not want to give them access to use your shipping account. To configure this feature use [M-1-4] Shipping Configuration and set "Save Shipping Label to File" to match your needs per workstation.
Receiptless Printing now Available
You asked for it! If you use Orion's beautiful receipt printer option for printing invoice receipts you can now configure this option to ask you if you want "No Receipt". This allows you on the fly to suppress the printing of a receipt for an invoice. This is a great feature for trackside sales where you have customers that just want to "grab and go". To set printing options for invoices use [S-F7-F4].

Improvements to existing Features

Kits now appear on the Inventory Price Sheet [M-L-F1-F1]
Kits will now appear on this report. In the case of a kit with a price setting of "calculated" the pricing will be calculated unless the kit has a multiple-choice item configured. If you are heavy user of kits you are now able to use this report to print and distribute a list of kit pricing.
New Customer Purchase Order Number email tag
Now you can specify an new "tag" to insert the customer's Purchase Order Number into an email template. Orion's fantastic email template system supports "tags" that can be inserted into the Subject Line and Email Body of a template. Orion then automatically substitutes the value for these tags when it loads a template. Email templates can be accessed via [S-E] and the new Customer Purchase Order Number tag corresponds to the PO field on the Sales Order and can be tagged by using the {{salesorderpo}} tag.
TaxJar now supports TLS 1.2
Orion's TaxJar integration now supports TLS 1.2 security protocol for communication.
