New Features and Functionality

• Sales Tax Summary Report [M-L-F4-N]
  This new report prints just one line for each sales tax zone.  For each zone that you assessed sales tax for for the period of the report it will print just one line.  It contains most of the information on the current Sales Tax Detail Report [M-L-F4-F6].  This is a great report for companies that collect sales tax for many tax zones and are using hpCommerce Orion's TaxJar integration.
  
  
• Web Access for TeamViewer
  Easy access to the web connect feature of TeamViewer has been added to the [M-M] About Orion form.  This is listed as "Option 2:  Click Here for Remote Assistance".  This option should only be used if directed by HP Technical Support.
  
  
• Sales Order Bottom Line Discounts - Control Access
  You can now control if a given user has access to Bottom Line Discounts.  These are the discounts that you can apply to Sales Orders and Quotes.  You do this by using "Set Discounts" from the Sales Order and Quote Order Items forms.  If you have the security system turned on in Orion you can now control if users have access to set these discounts.  This is done via the user security form [S-F4-F11] User Maintenance.  On the Edit User form you can set the "Can Set Order Discounts" to YES or NO for the given user.

Improvements to existing Features

• UPS Worldship Integration - Use Published Rates or Negotiated Rates
  You can now specify if Orion should use the Published Rates or Negotiated Rates that Worldship sends to Orion.  UPS Worldship has the ability to send a shipping and tracking data to Orion.  HP Technical Support can help you set this us.  You can now specify if the rate information that Orion can pick up and put onto Sales Orders is based on your Negotiated Rates or Published rates.  This is done by setting the "Use Negotiated Rates on Import from Worldship" option on [S-F6-F2] System Preferences.
  
  
• Part Number level Price Lock enhanced Security
  You can now specify at the user level if a user can override pricing that has been locked at the Part Number level.  On the Part Number Maintenance form [L-L] you can specify if the pricing for a part number is "locked".  This field is labeled "Lock Pricing" on this form.  You can also lock the pricing for an entire Product Line by using the "Lock Pricing" field on the Product Line Maintenance form [L-B].  The Product Line level lock can be overridden at the Part Number level.  If you have Orion's security system turned on you can control who has access to override locked pricing.  This is done on [S-F4-F11] User Maintenance.  On the Edit User form you can set the "Can Override Locked Prices" to YES or NO for the given user.
  
  
• TaxJar Updates
  Adjustments to how Taxable Status is sent to TaxJar's reporting service has been made.  To deal with recent changes by Amazon and eBay for how sales tax is collected on sales via those sales channels Orion's TaxJar integration has been modified to identify those sales channels when Orion automatically submits sales data to TaxJar's reporting service.  This is an "after the sale" feature of Orion.  Its use is to update TaxJar for a sale that has occured for those users that are using TaxJar's sales tax reporting services.  This does not affect how Orion interacted or does interact with TaxJar to get the correct sales tax rate for a given sale.
  
  
• TaxJar Amazon and eBay Settings
  Via the Amazon and eBay integration settings it is now possible to exclude uploading completed sales data to specified states.  This is will reduce the amount of data flowing to TaxJar from Orion.  This has no effect on how Orion interacts with TaxJar to acquire the correct sales tax rate for a given ship-to.  However, by blocking this data from flowing to TaxJar it does make TaxJar's sales tax reporting tools inaccurate.  Orion's excellent Sales Tax Detail report remains accurate and is the best tool for reporting the sales tax assessed on invoices.

Fixes

• Atech Update Updated
  Atech has changed the format of their daily update file and that had broken Orion's daily import service.  Orion's Atech integration has been updated to work with this new format and some fault tolerance has been built in to help deal with future changes to the file that are not communicated in advance.
