Improvements to existing Features

• Lost Sale Recording
  To make it easier to record Lost Sales an option has been added to the Add Item form of the Sales Order form to add a Lost Sale.  While adding an item to an order press Shft-F4 - Lost Sale and you will be able to record a Lost Sale.
