Improvements to existing Features

• Sales Tax Controls added to eBay Integration
  Recent changes made by eBay have made it very difficult for users to manage how sales tax is handled on eBay orders.  We have added controls to Orion's eBay integration to allow you to control exactly what you want to happen when eBay orders are imported into Orion.  You can now specify on a state by state basis if the amount of sales tax collected by eBay is to be deducted from the order total.  You can also specify if this is to be only done when the eBay payment method is PayPal.
