New Features and Functionality

• Amazon Integration - User Controllable Sales Tax by State
  It is now possible to control on a state by state basis how sales tax is handled for orders that are imported from Amazon.
  
  
• New Combined Data Export and Import
  Super!!!!  This feature allows the data gurus almost unlimited access to export and import product data from/to Orion's product master.  Basic data plus eCommerce related data.  This new format works as native Excel files.  This will be our standard moving forward.  To get started it is best to do a sample export of data using [M-N-5].  Data can be imported via [M-N-B].  There are over 90 data elements in this new combined format.  It can not only update existing items but it can also add items at the same time.
  
  
• Two new Product Labels
  Label numbers 14 and 16 have been added.  They both print to the Dymo Labelwriter.  Each label is 1" and 1.5" tall respectfully and 3.5" wide.  These labels allow the use of a very wide graphic at the top.
  
  
• New Product Label for Zebra Printer
  Label number 15 has been added.  This label prints to a Zebra label printer.  The label is 2" by 1".

Improvements to existing Features

• Now see Total Cost and Total Items Received on Purchase Order Receiving form
  You can now see running totals of the items received on a PO.  This is a great way to double-check your receiving activity against the shipping documents provided by your vendor.  These totals are found on the PO receiving form [M-S-C-C].
  
  
• New Sales Order Status added - "Waiting to be Picked"
  When a Picklist is printed for a Sales Order the order's status is automatically changed to "Waiting to be Picked"
  
  
• Item Weights now Imported with Quotes
  When a Quote is imported into a Sales Order the current weight details for the imported items are added to the sales order.
  
  
• New Picklist Printing Order
  Picklist can now be printed in Normal Stocking Order
  
  
• Document Number has been added to the Email History Search
  A new Document Number column has been added to the Email History Search [H-F6].  This field is searchable too.  It will show the relative document number for the item that was emailed.  This could be a Sales Order, Invoice or PO.
  
  
• A Plain English From Name can now be specified for an Email Account
  On the Email Account set up form, [S-F6-F5] you can now specify a "From Name".  This will be passed to the email and provide a nice from display in your recipient's email box.  You can also change this From Name on the fly when sending an email.
  
  
• Missing Image indicator for Data Exports
  For data exports like [M-N-4] the Image column of these exports will now show an "x" if there is no image data.
  
  
• The Normal Stocking Location has been added to the BOM Picklist
  
  
• Daily Sales Report has been updated to include current Back Orders
  The Daily Sales Report [M-L-F1-I] has been updated to include a column for the current Back Orders for the displayed item.
  
  
• Generic Stock Feeds now honor system level Delimiter setting
  The default Delimiter is set via [S-F6]
