New Features and Functionality

• Discounts and Coupons are now handled from Yellow Hat
  Orders that are imported via our Yellow Hat Web integration can now support discounts and coupons.
  
  
• New Large Label format available for Parts
  This new label is listed as label option 11 and is a Avery 5162 label.  This is a sheet of labels with fourteen labels per sheet.
  
  
• Security access to Purchasing Menu can now be controlled
  If you have Orion's Security System turned on you can now control on a user by user basis if the user can access the Purchasing Menu [M-S] options.
  
  
• Ability to Change a Sales Order's Taxable Status on the fly
  You asked for it!  Now you can turn on the ability to adjust the taxable status of a sales order.  If you turn on this feature via [S-F6-F3] you will then be able to adjust the taxable status of any order while you are creating the order.  No more having to play the shell game of changing the taxable status of the customer prior to creating an order.  Now orders can be adjusted as needed when needed.
  
  
• Gross Sales by State Detail Report added
  This report has been added to [M-L-F5-F12].  This is a great report for analyzing sales activity by state.  It groups the invoices by customer taxable type.  This makes it very easy to understand your taxable activity in a state.  Sales dollars plus invoice count totals are given for each taxable type and state.
  
  
• Control Dates on Inventory Receipts [L-R] and Inventory Adjustments
  You can now turn on the ability to control the dates on transactions affecting inventory.  You can control this setting via [S-F6-F3].  Once turned on you will be able to change the date that these inventory transactions post to the system.

Improvements to existing Features

• PLC Overrides are now available for the User Level Price Lock feature
  Orion has an amazing Price Lock feature that allows you to control if a user can change pricing and if so what are the minimum margins the can price at.  This system has been enhanced to allow you to specify controls at the product line code level to fine tune what a user can do.
  
  
• PDF Forms and Attachment system enhanced with generic, user specifiable search fields
  Twelve user definable search fields have been added to this system.  This allows you to customize the fantastic PDF Forms and Attachment system to contain the data that you need for your business.
  
  
• Tracking Data for Drop Ship Purchase Orders now flows through to Sales Orders
  If you use the PO from an SO feature of Orion to create a drop ship PO any tracking data that is provided to the PO will flow through to the Sales Order.  This is a particularly great feature for you if you are using Orion's linkage to Motor State Distributing's purchasing system.  Orion automatically retrieves tracking data from Motor State.  For drop ship orders this data will now flow to the Sales Orders too.
  
  
• Amazon Fulfillment Lead Time is now specifiable
  For items that are listed as being on Amazon you can now specify at the PLC level or the item level a number of Fulfillment Lead Time Days.  This data is then pushed to Amazon via Orion's Amazon integration.
