New Features and Functionality

• New PLC level Note appears after line item on Invoice, Sales Order and Quote
  This new note is labeled [N] Invoice Notes on the Product Line Maintenance form [L-B].  This opens a Orion's full featured editor so that you can edit and format a note that will appear on Invoices, Sales Orders and Quotes.  The note appears immediately after each and every line item for the given product line code.  If you need to make sure that your customers automatically receive information about all products for a given product line then you will want to use this feature to "type it once" and then it will go to work for you.
  
  
  

Improvements to existing Features

• Option to turn off Signature Line
  You can now turn off the signature line on all documents by toggling this setting on [S-F7-F4]  Invoice and Sales Order preferences.
  
  
• Hot Key to open Forms Library
  You can now open Orion's Forms Library from any location in Orion.  Use Shft+Ctrl+F to open the library as needed.  Orion's Forms Library can come to the rescue for you in many different ways.  You can use it to store documents that you frequently need to reference, like conversion tables or warranty information, cheat sheets of any kind can be right at your finger tips from any location in Orion.  To learn more about Orion's easy to use, feature rich Forms Library see our support page HERE.
